scyllo-Inositol ist eines der Stereoisomere von Inositol. Es ist auch als Scyllitol, Cocositol, Quercinitol und 1,3,5/2,4,6-Hexahydroxycyclohexan bekannt. Scyllo-Inositol ist ein natürlich vorkommender pflanzlicher Zuckeralkohol, der am häufigsten in der Kokospalme vorkommt.
